Time Odyssey, the free immersive learning adventure designed to bring more school children into museums, has been nominated for a prestigious Webby Award in the 'AI, Immersive & Games - Science and Education' category, after narrowly missing out on the 'Best Installation or Experience' award in 2024.
Being nominated puts Time Odyssey in the top 12% of the 13,000 projects submitted, and this marks the third year running that the studio has had work nominated by the Webby's - although our first in our new guise as 1UP.
As in previous years we are up against stiff competition, with some of the world's most iconic names, artists and organisations named across the various categories. This year we are competing with National Geographic and The Open University, as well as immersive venue operator Cosm and AR studio AVARA Media.
Time Odyssey was created in partnership with The British Museum and Art Explora, and is helping to revolutionise accessibility for thousands of children in museums all over the UK.
